Even after upgrading to 8.5, the look-n-feel was quite similar to 7.5.. the advanced option didn’t get applied. especially the menu and online/offline status of Sametime contacts in the “To and CC” lists..

I had been searching on web for “change look and feel of lotus 8.5″… later on I got the correct keywords — that is “change design of lotus 8.5″ and got some help in below given link.

Ultrasonic Mosquito Repeller Circuit Using CMOS IC

This is the design circuit diagram of an ultrasonic mosquito repeller. The circuit is work with based on the theory that insects like mosquito can be repelled by using sound frequencies in the ultrasonic (above 20KHz) range. This is the figure of the circuit.

This circuit is operated using CMOS IC CD4047. The circuit is nothing but a PLL IC CMOS 4047 wired as an oscillator working at 22KHz. A complementary symmetry amplifier consisting of four transistor is used to amplify the sound. The piezo buzzer converts the output of amplifier to ultrasonic sound that can be heard by the insects. The circuit can be powered from 12V DC. The IC1 must be mounted on a holder. The buzzer can be any general purpose piezo buzzer.

તો  હવે ? આમ, ઈન્ટરનેટ પર મળતા રહેતા  આપણ સૌ ‘ગુજરાતી’ મીત્રો વીશેષ શું કરી શકીએ ‘ગુજરાત’ અને ‘મા ગુર્જરી’ની સેવામાં ? આપણે સૌ સાથે મળી કમ્પ્યુટરના સ્ક્રીન પર ‘લખે ગુજરાત’ની ઝુમ્બેશ ઉપાડીએ તો ?

કમ્પ્યુટર પર કામ કરતો એકેએક ગુજરાતી  ગુજરાતીમાં લખતો થાય તો તે ‘ગુજરાતીઓ’ની મોટી સીદ્ધી ગણાશે. ઘણા શીખ્યા જ છે; પણ હજી ઘણા બાકી છે. ‘રોમનાઈઝ્ડગુજરાતી’માં ક્યાંક બીજે લખીને, તેને ગુજરાતીમાં પરીવર્તીત કરીને, તેની કૉપી કરીને, અહીં પેસ્ટ કરવું પડે, એ ઝંઝટમાંથી મુક્તી મેળવવા અમે કમર કસીને તૈયારી કરી છે. તમે વીન્ડો એક્સપી, વીન્ડો સેવન કે એઈટ, કે વીસ્ટા કે એપલ–મૅક કંઈ પણ વાપરતા હો તો પણ તમે આમ જ, અહીં કર્સર મુકી, સીધું જ, બહુ સરળતાથી, યુનીકોડ ‘શ્રુતિ’ કે તમને જે ગમતા હોય તે ગુજરાતી યુનીકોડ ફોન્ટમાં અને દેવનાગરીમાં લખવું હોય તો ‘મંગલ’ફોન્ટમાં લખી શકો છો.

ऐक  बीजी वात. राष्ट्रभाषा हीन्दी के मराठी के संस्कृतमां लखवा माटे देवनागरी की-बोर्ड पण त्यां आप्युं ज छे. ते पण डाउनलोड करी राखवुं जरुरी छे. कंई ज अघरुं नथी. कारण, गुजराती अने देवनागरीनुं की-बोर्ड मेपीँग तद्दन समान ज छे. जेम गुजरातीमां लखो, तेम ज लखता जवानुं.. अक्षरो देवनागरीमां लखाशे. आ लख्युं छे तेम ज..

આ સુવીધા ઉપલબ્ધ કરી આપનાર  હાલ ચેન્નાઈસ્થીત પણ મુળ  સુરતના ભાઈ હીમાંશુ મીસ્ત્રી અને તેમને સદા પ્રેરણા આપનાર શ્રી રતીકાકાનો આભાર માનીએ.

They have given more details on the same for web developers..

We would then replace some of the values with new values…

For that, we use “find and replace” function of ms excel that time, that saves our time and does the job accurately…

We get problem when there are a couple of cells which have large amount of text in them and if the text contains more then 1024 characters….

MS Excel will show error message saying “formula too long” and won’t replace anything.

Steps:

1. We need to copy the whole text in notepad,
2. Do a “find and replace all” there.
3. Copy the replaced text back to excel sheet in that particular cell.

only for two – three cells, one would do that.

But what to do when your excel sheet has n number of cells like that ?

I don’t think any one would like to do the same repeat  laborious work ….

I too don’t like .. so I searched on google.. and found out below article:

They have done a wonderful job, to overcome above illustrated problem…

I am going to test their code with sample data… I am sure it will work.
