Change the Look-and-Feel (Design) of Lotus Notes 8.5

I upgraded Lotus Notes from 7.5 to 8.5 using ISSI.

Even after upgrading to 8.5, the look-n-feel was quite similar to 7.5.. the advanced option didn’t get applied. especially the menu and online/offline status of Sametime contacts in the “To and CC” lists..

I had been searching on web for “change look and feel of lotus 8.5″… later on I got the correct keywords — that is “change design of lotus 8.5” and got some help in below given link.
